How to Join:
Membership is simple—schedule a consultation to meet our team and understand the full spectrum of services we offer. We’ll walk you through every step of how concierge care can benefit your family.
What’s included in your kid’s membership?
- Meet & Greet with your Pediatrician (2hrs via Telemedicine)
- Initial Physical Exam (1.5hr in person)
- Annual Physical Exam (2hrs in person)
- 11 visits (1hr via Telemedicine or in person)
- Health maintenance / Well child visits
- Evaluation & treatment of acute illness (sick visits)
- Management of chronic childhood diseases
- Growth tracking
- Development guidance and monitoring
- Breastfeeding guidance
- Infant safety recommendations
- Unlimited short consultations via mobile app (8:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.)
- One (1) nutritionist orientation and guidelines (1hr via telemedicine)
- Care Coordination with outside specialists
- Vaccination Coordination
- Next-day and on-time appointments
- Quality time with your pediatrician (1hr visits)
